Frequently asked questions about returns

I hope that you will be completely happy with your new music, and have taken a lot of time and care to ensure that my publications are of the highest standards possible. However, I understand that sometimes things aren't quite as expected, in which case I have a straightforward returns policy, as described below.

Can I return sheet music I have purchased?

If the sheet music you've purchased isn't quite what you expected, please don't hesitate to contact me on info@emmagossmusic.co.uk so that I can address your concerns promptly and efficiently. I am happy to offer a full refund, provided the book is returned:

  • Within 14 days of you receiving it
  • In the same condition as it was received, meaning it has not been extensively used, marked or altered in any way

The refund will include the cost of the original postage to you, but you will be required to make return postage arrangements and pay the associated costs for this.

What if the sheet music is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a book that is faulty or damaged please contact me as soon as possible on info@emmagossmusic.co.uk with a photograph of the issue. I will investigate and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
