How long will it usually take for my music to arrive, and do you offer quicker delivery?
I use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the United Kingdom. From dispatch, standard Royal Mail delivery typically takes:
1st class - 1 working day
2nd class - 2-3 workings days
While I aim for prompt delivery, specific quicker options depend on Royal Mail's services available at the time of your order. You'll see available options at checkout.
How much do you charge for delivery, and does the cost vary?
Delivery charges are based on Royal Mail's pricing structure. The cost varies depending on the weight of your order, as well as the specific Royal Mail service you choose. All applicable delivery fees will be calculated automatically for you and displayed clearly during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.
Delivery within the UK is free on purchases of £25 and over.
Which countries or regions do you send your music to?
Currently, I ship within the United Kingdom. For customers outside the UK, please email me at info@emmagossmusic.co.uk to discuss potential international shipping arrangements.
After I buy your music, what happens next? Will I get a tracking number or updates?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email detailing your purchase. As soon as your sheet music is dispatched, you will be sent another email notification. This will include any tracking information available through Royal Mail, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
